Furniture selection is way overpriced and what isn't new furniture is really junk that shouldn't be sold. Overall I still rate this store as one of my favorites, but prices have gone up dramatically. Over the weekend, there will be grand opening celebrations happening at each location. There will also be a free buffet BBQ dinner, activities for the kids, King’s Home Thrift Store gift cards, King’s Home Prodigal Pottery pieces and more. If you want to shop some great secondhand items—for 25% off might I add—and support a great cause, you don’t want to miss this.

For over 46 years, King's Home has been home to thousands of youth, women, and adult moms with kids seeking refuge and hope. Prices have gone up quite a bit but most clothing is reasonably priced. Staff can be pretty friendly, cashiers not so much so. They talk loudly and I can hear them talk about personal issues that really shouldn't be discussed out loud in front of customers. Clothes can be ruined because of careless stapling of tags directly to the items.

Until last year, Kings’ Home benefited from a partnership with America’s Thrift Store. The staff is nice and I always walk out with something.

In December of 2019, King's Home became nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation. Not really sure I would classify this as a thrift store. More like a furniture and supply store- no clothing. There seems to be a selection of donated goods.
